Each meal comes in a 32 oz portion, sealed for freshness and convenience.
Do the meals come fresh or frozen?
Our meals are delivered fresh, never frozen — ready to heat and enjoy.
Heating
How do I heat the meals?
Meals come fully cooked. Just microwave for 2–3 minutes, or until heated through. (Times may vary depending on the appliance.)
How long do the meals last?
They remain fresh in the fridge for up to 5 days. You can also freeze them if you want to extend their shelf life.
Delivery
When will I receive my meals?
We deliver every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday.
